Boratas PDK02 is a primary impact crusher designed for crushing of soft to medium hardness materials in aggregate production, quarrying, and recycling applications. It is used in the first stage of crushing as it provides high reduction ratio and consistent material flow. The machine is equipped with a 1300 x 1250 mm rotor and can accept feed material up to 700 mm. Its impact crushing system provides effective reduction and uniform particle shape, making it suitable for processing limestone and similar materials, as well as recycling concrete and construction waste. The crusher operates with a 200–250 kW electric motor, delivering stable performance under continuous load. Hydraulic adjustment of breaker plates allows control over output size and helps adapt the machine to different material characteristics and production requirements.
